Include commas on bid entry box...

When inputting the bid price, there are no commas until you hit 'BUY', or click away to a separate screen.

Commas to appear on the bid input screen, without having to click away from it first.

THIS JUST IN: Crappy trader doesn't know commas automatically appear when you hit 'tab' after entering a price.

Because the EVE UI is so intuitive how could I not know.
