I am not good at trying to describe my toon. He is right around the corner from 70m sp. Currently 67+. Has excellent skills and will perform well in any PVP role you need him in. Look at his eveboard and see everything you need to know.

I want to see per ccp rules.

Not sure why the eveboard link doesn't work for you but I can confirm it is working for everyone else i've checked with and on the following browsers: safari, ie and chrome.
