It's threads like these that make me want to get out of highsec as quickly as possible. Whining is by far the most popular skill to train up to lvl 5 apparently. No wonder there are so many Goons.

How much ISK was that sign up fee again, and to whom do I deposit it?

1. Tech and its resultant products are costing more.
2. Tech cartel set up earlier to control tech to to make more ISK.
3. Goons start DC like they did something wrong claiming they know tech moons will be nerfed. Most odd ...
