welcome to 2012.... and say bye to the dying animation technology that we call "flash"

it´s not even working ingame.


But if you really want to do one, there was once a neat software called "swish" that makes creation of basic flash animation very easy

If "flash" refers to the Flash Player technology - look at the posts above.
If you mean banners in general - ask google about "ad rotator" or something similar. Simple images are no problem. If you use an iframe to embed the banners, you can even animate them using Javascript, and those ways work in the igb.

In any case, you will need a designer. coolzeros link could help with that.
