CCP isn't a puppet of the Goons. The Mitanni's temporary ban is evidence that CCP is not taking orders from/working with the Goons.

CCP was given a choice regarding The Mitanni. They had to interpret an extremely vague section of the rules. They went with banning The Mitanni. If they were affiliated with the Goons in anyway, they would of not only let The Mitanni go free, but probably release a statement as to why they did.

I would try using full sentences, and maybe some original ideas, backed up with logic and reason. But that might be a bit too much to ask for someone who misspells their own name.
