Not willing to pay for it :P but if you're looking for something relatively simple for padding a resume, my first suggestion is to recreate this

It's unique, and, AFAIK there isn't a competing version of it out there (like there would be for a fitting tool or something similar). Everyone who still uses this has had it passed to them, or has saved their overview from the old site. As well as formatting pretty text (it had several different ways of doing it, such as multiple lines), it allowed you to setup and export overviews by checking what you wanted to show up. It was much easier and more user friendly than CCP's interface.
Example of what it does

Maybe someone else is willing to pay, or you can charge an ISK subscription for it once you build it and get paid that way?

oh! I got two more, one I would be willing to pay for, so would several other people....
http://eve-id.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=505&t=18455 <-- for this, you may want to partner up with this guy, as his mod has added a lot of this since the request was made.

This one I wouldn't pay for, but again, maybe others would...

I will make this as a free service, doesn't look like to much work.
I will have a basis done by tmoz, and we can all add to it from there.

I never used that program so can i clear a few things up,
->Text can be made bigger
->Can be made different color
->Can be made on a different line

Am i missing anything else?

That's 3 of the main things. I found a youtube video which shows a tutorial on the site and the guys scrolls down the list and shows the entire thing so you can really see what the tool did. When this first came out it allowed you to set things on the overview that you normally couldn't (you can see the second sun in a wormhole in the video).

Very good experience working with this developer, i had him working on a project for me doing coding. Everything he's done works well, and functions as intended.

+1

would recommend to someone looking for a developer

The Creation of an EVE Corporation/Alliance Shop A bit like http://acemart.eu/ if this is done i believe a lot of people would be grateful and probably pay for it [ONE OFF preferably]

Also a system like this would be awesome for alliances http://rent.redalliance.ws/
