right now, offered mission are yellow, accepted ones are green, whatever your progress is. The missionlog blinks whenever the state of the mission changes, thus making it unneccesarily complicated to chek, if all conditions are met to turn the mission in.
The more intuitive way would be, to make accepted, work in progress missions yellow, and finished ones green, so a look in the log shows if the mission is completed. This should consider if requested items are in your cargohold. Missionoffers might be colored white or blue.
