capacitor power relay actually gives penalty to shield boosting , n1 fit

Friendly advice, just sell the ship without fittings or with the CN launchers. Your low slots are really bad. Like the above poster said, CPR will negate the boosting, no damage mods, CN booster is doesn't make any difference to a regular one for pve.

Either make a good fit to sell or sell the ship with rigs.

I know it doesn't matter, but it makes the ship look more appealing.
