Lots of scam/spam/noise in the busy channels. Sure you can (and I do) block the worst of them, and then report them. But we could do better. I hate the scam/spam, but I feel that a player driven solution is more "sandbox-like".

What I want is the ability to export my personal chat blacklist (all the people I have blocked) and give it to another character.

If it's easy to import/export, then in theory, nice players, alliances, etc, could create an up to date blacklists of the worst spammers for all of us to use. When new spammers appear, they get added to the blacklist and it gets published for all of us.

To make the most awesome imagine if there was a nice 3rd party tool that would keep these up to date automatically every time a new blacklist was published. (An in game tool would be cool too, but not entirely needed).
