WTB Caldari 10-40M SP, some Tengu skills necessary

Char should be able to sit in a tengu and have missile support skills to 4.
I'm also interested in other skills, but without the tengu skills you shouldn't offer your character.
Budget is up to 7B, depending on character.

- pilot flies tengu and all subs will all be at lvl 4 tomorrow

- also has skills for scanning and other isk making activities found in null/wh space

- flies ecm scorpion and able to fly typhoon with neuts and rr or torps

- also flies SB with bomb skills

- Pilot has 1 jump clone

- Also has a bounty of 1.1m on her head (always fun to show off your bounty)

almost forgot...she can fit t2 mods on all the mods you would use on the tengu except for HAMs

Hi.

I'm a little light at 8M SP, but I think I make up for it in what I don't have. Namely drones, industry, PI, social, unneeded science, etc.

Good Tengu focus with all subs at 5, Cybernetics at 5, T2 heavy missiles and a solid tank.
