failed to patch....

I try to patch my eve client with the update from today, but i get this error

error opening file for writing:

C:\programfiles (x86)\ccp\eve\launcher\avcodec-53.dll

click abort to stop the installation,
retry to try again, or
ignore to skip this file


anyone know of a way to fix this? hopefully one that doesn't include re-dling the entire game
