I'm looking for website's / services where i can place a banner for Synergy Lotteries

Alternately im looking for players who are experienced at marketing a product / service to contact me as i will pay well for your services.

Any idea's would be appreciated bellow.

Reason im posting here not in Want Ads, is im asking advice aswell.

My guess is you have to contact the website hosts themselves, and pay them in ISK. I don't think there are any over-arching Eve site ad providers.
