Since there are no "hi-sec forum","lowsec forum" or a "null forum", why is there a need for a wormhole specialized forum?

I'm a wormholer myself, just help me understand

I think because this forum could be used to exchange ideas in a style of game play that is not like Null, High or Lowsec.

In my opinion I now have a place to talk to other WH’ers, learn from other players and see what is going on in a community that I care about, without being drowned out by general discussion chatter and a CAOD shenanigans

They already exist.

Highsec bears have C&P to ***** and moan in about their hulks being ganked.

Nullsec and lowsec have the Warfare and Tactics section to spew blob doctrine bullshittery. So we get a wormhole section to fill with.... space ponies.

Because before this forum, wormhole stuff was spread across at least 3 forums (Missions & Complexes, Warfare & Tactics, Science & Industry). Also, there was clearly some stuff that didn't fit into any of those (like actual wormhole mechanics, for example).

Folks in w-space have unique uses for things like POSes, and have questions on things like how wormhole effects matter for ship fitting. It doesn't make sense to have that sort of thing mixed in with "Where is the best place to run Level 4s?"
