Hello people,

I am looking for a focused Minmatar PVP toon. Should have something in the range of 12-20 mil SP. My Budget is around 5 bilion ISK. I am looking for a quick buy. Also looking for a reasonable name, nothing like G4M3H4X0R94.

It should be able to:

Arrow Vagabond and/or Loki
Arrow T2 medium Guns with reasonable support skills
Arrow nice core and navi skills
Arrow nice shield skills

I will not pay for indu, social, trading etc. Drones are a plus but not a must-have. Positive wallet is a given. Sec status and corp-history shouldn't be too bad/long.

Let me know what you have. Will be on after 10am EVE-time for ingame messages too.

Very specialized minmatar cruiser pilot, hac just needs the skill and you're good to go. A little over your budget, 7 bil but make me a decent offer and I may accept:
