chars with negative wallet ppl commenly dont play anymore

and they give me something to do dont they :)

the skill points they have i can use

if theyr also mining based they come of good use as a plus

I am genuinely curious here. Why would someone sell you a toon with a negative wallet? There would be no way for them to receive the ISK you are paying them for the character.

Also, unless I'm mistaken, CCP is removing the ability to transfer characters involved in RMT/botting, which is one of the main ways a character would have a negative wallet.

im paying half the trasnfer costs

wich can be payed in plex so thats not a problem at all

But the 500m you're offering goes straight to the negative wallet, and the person still comes out of pocket 2 PLEX's to transfer.

You can't do it, it is impossible to do without breaking the rules for character transfers. I could also add that unless you would offer a fee that at least covers full transfer, 2 plex, no one would want to do this ******** deal. But since it can't be done without breaking the rules it is pointless, GL and try not to get scammed and or banned OK?!
