Never been called human garbage before, especially by a person who suggested harassing someone to get them to kill themselves. So not sure how bad I should feel. I am pretty sure that anyone that knows me in RL or in Eve would have a lot of things to say about me but "human garbage" would not be among them,.

Mittens is generally pretty savvy about his messaging. These comments seem less than his best. He can do better.

You're really giving yourself a lot more credit than you deserve with that "number 1 enemy" thing. You're barely on our radar. When we aren't at war our number 1 enemy is probably ourselves.

What in the hell do you people think happens in EVE every.... single.... day?

In EVE you make friends, and you make enemies... and you live with those choices. You go after your enemies however you think you can, and expect them to do the same. Whether that be war decs, suicide ganks, economic manipulation, or forum smear campaigns.

If you are going to attempt to poke the larger in game entities in the eye with a sharp stick, don't expect CCP to rewrite the game to protect you when that entity comes back at you.

I've always stood firmly behind everything I've said on these forums, whether it was kind to the larger groups or cruel... and I've always understood there could be repercussions.

Apparently many people, depending on the anonymous safety of the internet, don't really have the same conviction behind the (often snide) remarks they make on these boards.

In short, as long as things are kept within the game rules, CCP could care less what happens to the local forum trolls.

Funfact: the majority of GSF members are in the 20-40 year age range. With a few members being as old as their 60's.

Your previous post implied they would do the ganking with neutrals. They simply stated they'll be using neutral scouts so their targets don't get a heads up before they strike. Using this tactic is called, "not being a complete idiot."

The GSF is a blob of immature people. It pretty much stops there.

But by all means, they can play the game how they want. I have never had to deal with them, and will only laugh my ass off if I ever have to.

However, he used to provide content in acting like he did and if you look behind that RP personality, most of what he writes OOC is actually quite decent and considerate.

Actually, this is EVE, where you are expected to play smart and not tip your target off to dock up by showing youself in local too soon.

Scouts are suppose to blend in, gather intel on the target, and not be spotted. Since EVE has local, there is really only one way to do that.

The playing with other people part enters into it when they greet you with their mains on the other side of that gate, instead of camping you in a station.

Hmm, well suppose we accept that that is a fair assessment.

The blowing up is all happening ingame, so as long as the one is a pain in the ass to deal with ingame, it should be fair enough to blow up their ship in game.
