Launcher failed to install, repair failed to help. reinstalled the game from scratch... still cant play. YAY for removing the old way of installing AttentionAttentionAttention

no problems here either. Launcher is working as intended for me

I look forward to the day when a technical issue that only effects a small number of individuals is recognized by those individuals as being an issue with "THEIR" system and not the Developers.

I even accidentally closed it during the procedure and it worked fine.

Nope

WoW holds your hand until end game, and gives you a cookie whether you win or lose. EVE not only takes your cookie, but laughs at you for bringing one in the first place...

As if there were not posts 'omg update broke my client' before the launcher Roll

one or 2 times i had to restart the launcher... but other then that the launcher works fine for me.

I've come back after 3 months. I open 3 month outdated launcher, and am currently installing without problems Bear.

No problems on my home system. Constant problems at work. And the only difference is a slightly better machine at home, and a bunch of security software at work I don't have at home. Same OS. Ergo, the problem isn't the patch.

That fixed my launcher and then it was able to update the game
