Ummm....The patch is BROKEN!

"An error occurred while applying the patch, the launcher will now try to apply the patch safely with raised privileges." This is the first error message.

"Unable to apply patch. It is recomended that you restart your computer and then run the Eve Online launcher again." Second error message.

Either way, an epic fail on the part of CCP, when is it gonna be fixed?

Having a patch error on one computer is hardly what I would call epic.

Maybe you should ask your daddy that you need to upgrade Eve Online to the latest patch since you don't have the right privileges to do so.

I would suggest that you restart your computer and then run the Eve Online launcher again.

Just so' you arrogant little prigs know, I run everything as an administrator. And guess wot boys and girls, did so before the OP, and the patch fails regardless. Stop being a bunch of snotty, supercilious gits...If you have a constructive suggestion, make it. Otherwise, go have yerselves a nice big, ol' cup of STFU.

I had that happen with the SISI patcher, I just ended up running the repair.exe instead and solved my issue with the SISI update. Probably will fix your problem with the TQ update too, if the repair tool still is functional for TQ, haven't tried running it on a TQ install in a long time.

If the Patch is indeed broken THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO.

Your ability to not use the resources at hand is idiotic and irritating and wastes Forum Space.

I am having this exact same issue, and yeah, I run everything in admin so what the **** CCP?
