I am looking for a character the following is what i require
non caldari spec.
positive wallet obviously
exploration skills
hac skill
either pirate or not does not bother me i can raise that myself
i don't want too many wasted points in industry
i have a budget of 10 bill for the right character

i would prefer either amarr or minmatar spec chars but willing to look at gallente
show me what you have and i'll think about making a offer
