Jump clone change?

I recently did a pod-express into a station I had a jump clone in. Surprising to me, that jump clone is still there.

Did something change and I didn't know because I've been careful.....or did I benefit from a bug?

Theres a difference between normal clones you go to when you die and jump clones. Your jump clone must be in your home station
