Looking to buy a Minmatar PVP pilot for about 8B or less.

Some things I'm looking for :
Medium Artillery + Autocannon specialization atleast 4
Rapid Firing 5
Surgical Strike 5
Minmatar Crioser 5
BC 5
AWU 5

I don't care about T3 subsystems

I'd be willing to settle for less but I will pay accordingly.
