Does wormhole class affect how good the planets are for planetary interaction?

So would a class 4 be better for planetary interaction (let's assume the same type planet like lava) than the same type planet in a class 1 wormhole?

The security of the space directly effects yields for PI, WH space is 0.0 sec status, so it's the same as nullsec, regardless of WH class.

All w-space is -1.0 sec, which is the best quality of PI.
