Want to buy a Gallente PVP pilot with the ability to use:
- Large T2 Hybrids (blasters and rails)
- All T2 Shield mods
- All T2 Armor mods
- T2 cruisers (any) and Proteus
- T2 frigates (any)
- T2 MWDs and Afterburners

Budget: 5 Bil

Non combat skills are irrelevant, agents available are irrelevant.
Needs to be able to go through highsec
