Switch it from pod kill, To claim bounty. Kill ship and claim bounty.

1 This would make things much more fun.
2 Killing a ship then a pod is not always easy do in High sec, Low sec, 0.0.
3 Killing a ship in High sec, Low sec, 0.0 is all most always much more possible.
4 Gain more ISK to Eve Online Economy.
5 And all round fun to all players.

ship is a tool, nothing more. Does a bounty hunter get a bounty because (s)he slashed the tires on your car?

so, no.

One of the bitter points of a good bittervet is the realisation that all those SP don't really do much, and that the newbie is having much more fun with what little he has. - Tippia

Ok let me clear this up

the point is if you kill the player in a ship pod shuttle then the bounty should be played out.

the play with a bounty has done bad to get one and this way will let justice would be severed.

But kill rights are empier rules would apply.

A ship is nothing more than a tool, the loss of said tool does not constitute "catching" of the criminal at all, and no payout is warranted.

You "kill" the pilot when the pod goes squish, which according to CONCORD is sufficient to collect the bounty (would be better if you had to turn in their corpse at a bounty office... but meh).
