I've noticed issues with my overview lately, where things I have filtered out will randomly appear on it. In particular, places where I've filtered out friendlies, corpmates, etc.

Unfortunately I can't find any rhyme or reason to it. I've tried refreshing it, etc, and this doesn't appear to fix the issue.

Sometimes it will be several people at once, sometimes just one person in my fleet...etc.

Corpmates, alliance mates and others have also mentioned the same thing.

Yeah i had this problem podded a friendly alt and then shot marco green (coolest guy in any given system) who did not die. had to restart my client to fix it. this was not my settings it was a BUG. hope they fix it or maybe its there on purpose to cause drama.

This has happened to me and my fleet as well, with the hilarious result of our FC calling (by name) his good friend and corp-mate primary. Bear
