The best answer would be eventually or every so often.

I first took advantage of the power of two deal in 2006, and it has come and gone many times since. The problem is that it has never been a set pattern as to how often it returns in a single year.

So...yes it will be back. But you simply have to keep watching for it since there's no way to guess when it will return next.

Yeah they usually trot out Po2 or some other subscription deal for new expansions. We're probably due another "resubscribe for $discount" promo.
