Able 2 fit t2 shield and armor..
Large Pulse Lasers.
Good rigs skills.
Doesnt have to be elite.. But pretty focused..

For Amarr BS lvl4, Large Pulse Laser spec 1, and rigging skills ? Im not asking for other ships.. That can be done with less than 10m sp.. Not worth 8b ever...

10m SP if the guy has trained exactly what you're asking for with absolutely no interest in it being effective. Remember that for lasers you need to V small, medium and large along with things like motion prediction to get the t2 large. They'll need a load of capacitor supports to fire those guns too. The account you want may exist out there but it's very unlikely you'll find something that narrowly trained. It's more likely you'll have to buy something that looks like this.

That guy has to many spills - Legion skills, cov ops skills etc.. Yes, the sub skills, for Energy turret needs 2 be V, but only takes 2½ month to train.. And yes, i've seen 2 chars that are somewhat near to what i seek, they are much cheaper than your 8b, so maybe i am not really looking for as much as you think :-)
