Preferrably Gallente or Minmatar (yes, I know Naglfar and Nid suck, I still love the design), NO CALDARI

Must have at least:

Carrier 4
Dread 4
Fighters 4
Capital weapons 4
Siege Capable
Triage Capable
Jump Drive Calibration 5
Jump Fuel Conservation 4
Core fitting skills to 5
Drone Support skills to 5 (may accept some trained to 4)
Respective Tanking skills to 5 (armor/shield dmg type compensations 4 are sufficient)
Gunnery support skills (also Missle if Minmatar) 5 (may accept some trained to 4)

No **** skills in Industry, Planets, etc. needed or wanted, ability to fly a Hulk or Tengu will be a burden, not a bonus. :)

Budget depending on the offer

Cool name would be an added bonus.

EDIT: I may CONSIDER buying a Carrier pilot if it has gunnery skills sufficient to start training for a Dread immediately.
