Looking for a cheap Orca pilot, looking to spend no more than 3BN.

Will pay extra for any of the following (but none are essential):

- Trade skills
- Good standings with trade hub factions
- Ability to fly a hulk / mack
- Refining skills
- Probing skills

Orca is mandatory. I will only consider characters not skilled for an Orca if they are less than 48 hours training away from having one.
