Hm, can you explain why i should sell you my obelisk for 1.2b rather than just sell it in jita directly without any additional hazzle - like contacting you and how and where to trade it - for 1,25b on a buyorder instantly?

Convenience, if you happen to not be inclined to fly your ship over to the nearest trade hub to list it for sale. Just put it up for contract and I'll be the one to fly over to pick it up from wherever it happens to be.

Regarding the price - It was based on what I recalled of the hull price a while back. Been busy lately so I haven't been keeping up to date. As such, thanks, and the offer price has been adjusted accordingly.
