Selling this awsome duder.. he has everything you would really ever need to be a PvE beast. His engineering skills are pretty much perfect for active taking... if your passive tanking your doing it wrong.

Care to explain how you have Caldari Strategic Cruiser trained without Caldari Cruiser V? My only guess is you got podded without an updated clone, since that was your highest sp skill?

Reading comprehension ftw. My question had nothing to do with overheating. I simply pointed out that you have Caldari Strategic Cruiser trained, yet you don't have Caldari Cruiser V, which is a requirement to train Caldari Strategic Cruiser, as well as to even sit in a Tengu. Care to clarify without the random unrelated trash talking?

You fail sir as that is only the prerequisite to train the caldari strategic cruiser skill once trained even losing the caldari cruiser V skill doesn't mean you can't fly the tengu. Learn to interpret the skills.

Even if that were the case, still doesn't explain how a high-sec -only pilot trains CSC without CC at 5, which was my original question.
