carebear tracking tool?

Im interested in knowing if theres a tool to track carebear stats like how much members in corp are ratting and carebearing. Isk totals from rats and plexing etc. And this tool needs to also track total kills pvp wise weekly and monthly for both. So i can easier compare both. This would be a corp tool only.

If you know of this tool existing or can make one. Please let me know.

How much API info are you getting?
Are you wanting to design this tool in PHP/MySQL, ASP/MSSQL, JSP, what?
Are you providing hosting? Or wanting to sign up on a remote site?

i think not many will be able to use this tool due to a lot of extra server applications is needed to be installed on a shared webhost "wicth a lot of people use" you would need a dedicated server to use this tool
