Looking for a good Rorq pilot, must have minimum:

- JDO 5 & JDC 4
- Industrial Reconfig trained
- Decent drone and shield skills, doesn't have to be perfect

Would prefer to also have
- Exhumer + Mining skills
- JDC 5
- Mining leadership skills
- Transport Ship skills

Max budget around 15bn or so.

Eve Board

A little light on the drone skills, but I have JDC5 and JFC4, Capital Industrial to 5, and can fly the Anshar as well.

Transport ships, and Exhumer V with T2 crystals
