Hi, and I'm the CEO of Promethium Corporation. We are currently a small mining Corporation based out Caldari space, but whose members come from Amarr and Gallente origins. We made the choice to be based in Caldari Space because we needed a midway point, so that our Amarr and Gallente members would be the same distance from HQ.

Even though we are currently small, we have big goals, and we would accept any that would help further that goal.

Here are the divisions of our company at this moment.

Mining
Security
Human Resources
Shipping

We plan to expand the amount of divisions in the future. Here is an excerpt from our business plan that will show you what is expected from characters working in these departments.

MINING
The Mining division will work closely with our security division in that they need escorts into low-sec and null-sec space. It also works closely with the Shipping division to transport their mined resources. The mining division’s job is to bring in materials we can refine into minerals which can be sold. The mining department is paid by the sales of what they mine, as forty percent of the total profit goes to the corporation and the rest is split between all who participated in the mining operation (including Security).

SECURITY
The security division will work closely with the mining division to arrange escorts to dangerous space. Security will also work with the Shipping Department to arrange escorts proportionate to what they are shipping and where it is going. The Security division is also paid by a percentage of the mining operations they take part in.

HUMAN RESOURCES
Human Resources monitor all current members and handle all incoming new members as they arrive. The purpose of Human Resources is to screen our incoming workforce for spies or unreliable employees. They are in charge of interviewing newcomers and looking at past records for suspicious activity. Such as previous affiliation with a rival company or constant switching between corporations. They are paid 500,000 ISK per member that passes the Trial Period of one month before becoming an entirely trusted member of the workforce.

SHIPPING
Shipping works closely with the Mining Department to transport their resources and closely with the Security Department to provide their escorts. They are paid by their own cuts for being involved in Mining Ops. They are also paid when they take on priority shipping operations for the Corporation depending on the value of what they are shipping.
