That is also my thinking. It is clearly a Templar, which is an Amarr fighter used by carriers

Carriers cannot be in 0.5 systems, so its not a carrier drone (fighter or fighter-bomber).

My guess would be a badly squashed Maller. The perspective changed when re-sizing the pic for publishing.

I have it on good authority that this is a picture of a templar fighter drone. They are frequently used by Amarr carrier pilots.
