Credit card details - Not able to change them

Hey all

I am having issues with trying to change my CCard details.

Changing billing method and period

To do this, you have to log onto the "Account management" section of our website and click on the "subscription details" link. You will be taken to a page where your subscription details are outlined. A link to change your payment method is available through this page. Click it and you will be taken to a page where you can change the subscription type. Select the new type and follow the directions to complete the new payment.

Please note: It's only possible to change to, or between direct debit and credit cards when there are less than 30 days left of your subscription. If there is still time left on your account when you change to credit card and direct debit payments, the new card will be charged immediately and time will be added on top of your current subscription period.

If you are switching to Game Time Cards from other payment methods, make sure your subscription period has expired before activating the Game Time Card. It will take effect immediately, regardless of the remaining time of your previous subscription.

This method no longer seems to work for me, under the Account management tab there is no longer a Subscription details link.
The above info is from the old forum but I cant find any up todate info.

There was a problem listed in the dev blogs a few days ago where they had to pull down the secure payment site but they seemed to imply it had been fixed.

Anyone else having the same problem and solutions available?
