Before Crucible

Notice the hair is black, not shimmery and the lips are RED when selected as RED.

After Crucible

Notice under all lighting options and colors the hair is very glossy and stupid looking. The lips also turn gray when you select more then 3 color choices when in the character creation menu.

Not sure that misplacing the lipstick and dirty hair can be counted as a "HUGE GLITCH"

You should go post in the WIS thread, I hear they finally shamed 4 Devs and a QA guy into working on it some more.

There's a million angry citizens looking down their tubes..at me.

I'd be more worried that munchkins drove their getaway car over your face.

WoW holds your hand until end game, and gives you a cookie whether you win or lose. EVE not only takes your cookie, but laughs at you for bringing one in the first place...

it'd probably help if you didn't change your avatar every time you post in dodixie local. you might be putting a bit too much strain on the server. speaking of which, good to see you got rid of your monocle.

I'd think a petition like this would be a waste of time.

A petition is to fix something that went wrong in game. What you're complaining about isn't something that went wrong. Unless you want a previous picture back. Which I am unsure if they can get them back.

What you're talking about is a change in the game? That has happened with a game update. I don't think you're meant to petition game updates. Maybe someone can correct me, if I'm wrong.

At the minimum they would tell me if the new shimery hair is a feature not a bug.

If you think you have a bug, it's better to bugreport it than to petition it.

To be honest, I don't know if this is a bug or not. I had noticed something similar for my character on my local server and asked one of my co-workers about it, and I think he said it was by design (I guess there were some changes in the lighting), and I just took his word for it.
If you create a bugreport on it, I'll pick up the report, get an answer, and turn it into a defect if it's actually not by design.

Also, could you bugreport this lip issue you are talking about, and make sure you have good repro steps and screenshots? Next week I'll be fixing some color issues, and I want to make sure we have this covered :)

Typical women, complaining about what CCP has bought for them that they can wear and ultimately demanding more.

Cribba: for you

My life fades
the vision dims.
All that remains are memories.
I remember a time of chaos
ruined dreams this wasted cosmos.
But most of all, I remember a Miner
the man we called Crib.
To understand who he was, you have to go back to another time
when the world was powered by Tritanium
and the backwater systems sprouted great towers of pipe and steel.
Gone now swept away.
For reasons long forgotten, two mighty warrior tribes went to war
and touched off a blaze which engulfed them all.
Without the Tritanium they were nothing. They'd built a house of straw.
The thundering Hulks sputtered and stopped.
Their leaders talked and talked and talked
but nothing could stem the avalanche.
Their world crumbled the Towers exploded.
A whirlwind of looting
a firestorm of fear.
Men began to feed on men.
In the systems it was a laser-line nightmare.
Only those mobile enough to scavenge
brutal enough to pillage would survive.
The gangs took over the belts
ready to wage war for a jet can full of ore.
And in this maelstrom of decay
ordinary men were battered and smashed.
Men like Crib
the Miner Crib.
In the roar of a strip miner, he lost everything
and became a shell of a man
a burnt out, desolate man
a man haunted by the demons of his past.
A man who wandered out into lowsec.
And it was here in this blighted place
that he learned to live again.
