I'm trying to find a toon that will match my needs for a new main. Also trying to get an idea on Pricing for the type of toon I want.

Needs:

Gunnery Support skills to 5
Decent-Good, projectile, laser or hybrid skills
Advanced weapon upgrades
Good Engineering Skills
Good Electronics Skills
Navigation Skills to all 4 or 5

Race specific frigs and cruisers to 5
Mimnitar
Gallente
Amarr

Battlecruisers to 4 or 5

Drones 5
Scout drones 5

No wasted SP, No industry. Postitive sec. status and Postive Wallet.


Basically in a nutshell, The fitting skills have to be maxed or close as possible. I'm looking for something very focused. Not a toon where it has SP all over the place. Feel free to reply with links to toons. Also if you stop by and read this, give me an idea of what price range I'm looking at for this type of toon.
