EVE General Discussion

I put in a petition 2 days ago which has yet to be anwsered, when i go to refile any petition on the account which the original petition is on i get an error message saying "oops something bad has happened, customer support has been notified no further action required"

so my original petition maybe someone in eve can help, i have an alt cyno toon that i keep below 900k skills so the clone wont need updating. I log it in the other day and it says that it cant use a cyno, shows that the skill book has never been purchased. shows that it cant fly a heron, skill book nevwr purchased or injected on both skills. i have kill mails of when i poped my cyno api verified in kill logs of other alt showing my cyno alt dying in a heron with a cyno. also toon shows no loss history and showed it wasnt ever in the alt corp i had it in for over 6 months....idk what happend or if ccp is just blowing me off. lil help please!
