swapping characters between 2 accounts with full char slots?!?

hey,
as per now there is not tool to swap characters between 2 accounts that have full character slots already.
why not? :)
is there another possiblity to do that? maybe via petition?

anyone got an idea?

Try freeing up character slots before you want to swap characters between accounts.

i don't want to delete a character
i don't want an additional account (you can't transfer chars to a trial account)

Then if you won't free up a slot you can't move a character to that account. How do you seriously expect to be able to transfer a character to an account with no available slots to take that character?

Create an account with the Buddy system.
Set that account to give you a Plex when it goes full.
Give that account a PLEX, use it.
Get PLEX back for having your third account go full. (Free full account)
Sell PLEX to get ISK back or use it normally.
Now you have three accounts.
Now, you'll sadly need to do an extra transfer.

oh wow, you can use a plex to go full from trial? never knew that

AFK cloaking doesn't earn anything, so it needs a buff!

I'd try a petition. Seems simple and easy enough that they might do it for you. Wouldn't break any game rules except that they didn't make the tools for it. If it's easy enough for them to do I would think they'd do it. But it might not be that easy.
