This is pretty much maxed out Caldari Mission Runner. Can fly a mean Torp Golem or Tengu. Has 7+ standings with Zoar and Sons for those high lp/isk ratio Imperial Navy EANM 5 run bpcs.

Not what I'm looking for as a buyout. I went ahead and set my buyout for 18B. Considering how specialized the skills are I think it's reasonable. I'll consider your buyout a bid for now.
