OK, I've read and replied to your in-game message. Once you send the ISK you need to post the fact on this forum (I think that's a requirement for 'legal' reasons but someone with more experience on this forum will tell us if we’re wrong!). Then I reply on the forum that I've received the ISK and I'm transferring the toon to you.
