No Aggro at all for Pacifist

If I have not shot at, stolen from, ewar'd or helped someones enemy then I should not gain ANY aggro just because someone decides to shoot at me.

CCP removed one of the best ways for non-bot miners to defend themselves when they made it so you can't swap ships in an Orca if you have any kind of aggro.

I know that this isn't an ultimate fix and that players will always find loopholes and ways to counter this tactic. But at least there will still be some challenge.

You can only not swap ships if you have a golbal criminal flag. Even then it's only swaping ships in space you aren't allowed to do.

Wrong. I was in my mining barge. NPC rats attacked me, I did not even target them yet I was kept from using the "Board Ship From Maintenance Bay" function.

Yeah... I thought the whole point of that was to keep the orca from being abused or misused in pvp, since it was intended as a mining support ship.

If what you say is true, that doesn't sound right or balanced. I think the Orca should be perfect for what you described trying to use it for, (swapping out the barge).
