and managed to get home safe too,which i didnt think would happen after a system with 140 was scouted and fc said "ok lets warp to there station"

We had 11 guys show up, less than I expected. Maybe it was because of Easter or maybe 18:00 is too early, or maybe 15mil is too much. Anyway, I'm gonna change the fee to 5mil and see what happens. I'd really like to have 15-25 guys on these roams, we could have killed so much more if we had more people(we were mostly lacking anti-tackle and tackle).

Battlereport:

We had 7 Oracles, 1 Talos, 1 Drake, 1 Huginn and 1 Ares. We started heading to VFK. First thing we meet is around 15 man NC. nano shield gang. I stupidly lose our T3 tengu link alt to them(one screen dualboxing ftl). We kill their Hurricane(their FC) and Sabre and they leave. We head to X-7 where -A- had like 100+ in local. We camp their station but only manage to kill one Crusader and one Hawk. We leave the system but they follow us. They catch up to us with a shield HAC gang(vagas,cynas,huginns etc.), they engage us and we kill Vaga, 2xSabre and a Stiletto before they run. We lose our Talos to them. After this fight our only anti-tackle ship needs to leave the gang due to rl stuff.

We head to VFK to fight Goons. We camp their station anchoring bubbles around it and manage to kill one hurricane. Local is 100+ and pretty soon Goons engage us with their shield blob (Tornados,Vagas,Canes,Drakes, Lachs, Hugins...). We fight them and lose our Ares pretty quickly. We have no tackle left but still manage to kill stuff. In total we kill 3xCanes, 1xDrake, 2xTornados and 1xVaga while losing 2xOracles and 1xAres. We disengage but come back but don't manage to kill anything and we give up since we have no tackle in our fleet. While heading home we meet a 50 man Drake/Scimi blob and kill one of their afk scimitars.

If we had a Lach(one dude signed up for it but never showed up) and couple more anti-tackle ships we could have killed a lot more. In total we killed 16 ships while losing 4.

I personally think the price is completely fair (ask the people who went if they feel they overpaid) and 5m is too low, but you can test around with it and maybe settle around 10m a little later.

Confirming this was a very enjoyable roam. I was the Talos that died a few fights in, and absolutely no regrets about joining. Leeloo accomplished a lot with what he had.

Personally, I think 15m was a perfectly fine participation fee. If anyone can't afford 15 million they certainly can't afford to lose their T3.

Ok, I try 10mil instead.

Would have loved to join up but a bit busy for Easter weekend. 15mil sounds fine so hopefully I can make the next one :)

Was another good roam. This time we had 17 guys in fleet. We went to VFK but there were only 50 of them there. We killed one Rokh that aggroed and then moved on. We start heading towards CS-ZGD. On our way we kill Drake, Vaga and 2xHounds along with bunch of cyno frigs. For anti-tackle we had 2xDrakes and 1xZealot, one of the drakes had to log out before we reached CS-. When we arrive to CS- the local climbs up to 300. We camp their station which provokes them to fight us.

They had so much tackle we couldn't stay on grid for long, but we managed to kill 18 of their ships and few pods while losing Oracle, 2xAres and a Drake.

We had only one zealot as anti-tackle after the first engagement and they had probes so it was impossible to counter their tacklers that could just warp on top of us. We decided to leave and not suicide our gang to them. It was a nice fight though.

i know, right? you have to do like 20 level 3 missions to get that much money

i would love to attend but 18:00 is a little too early for me as i get home from work at 16:45. By the time i've done dinner and got my kd to bed its pushing 18:00 if not past it. Do you post the next op the night before so people can get ready? if so i may be able to rush to be ready in time. Otherwise i'll never make it.
