Whats known about the player behind Jade Constantine. Professionally successful, confident public speaker, adept at dealing with journalists and the press, capable of running a successful CSM campaign and defeating the goonswarm candidates in the polls. Beyond that your comrades have discovered I have a Master of Arts degree in English Literature alongside significant professional qualifications. Add that to a iron-cast ego that has survived over five years of personal attacks and rl-harrassment from goonswarm and you end up with the image of a capable Englishman who is quite capable of obliterating a forum-only speck like you in the time it takes to boil a cup of tea.

And whats known about the player behind "PleaseDONTblow MyShip"?

Well you started posting on the forums the day after Mittani was banned. Your forum output has been in trolling various Jita and general discussion threads in service of goonswarm. You are pretty bad at english (but perhaps thats a second or third language so we'll leave that aside.) You know nothing about eve history beyond that written in the goon wiki and you idolize Mittani for his RL accomplishments without actually knowing if whats been written is actually true in any regard. I don't think its much of a stretch to assume you are a teenage american boy posting on the forums between bouts of skipping language lessons whose major educational resource in the world is SA MMO HMO.

So thats the argumentum ad hominem segment of the rebuttle.

You go on to cite the goonwiki and Mittani's Ten Ton hammer column as an "informational source" to which I must reply with a hearty LOL.

I don't irrationally hate anyone mr "I'm a real player not a goon troll alt".

I dislike people who cheat at games either by breaking the rules or by using out of game metagamed attacks against the players. I don't like people who fix fights, who rig horse-races, who bribe football referees, or who steal elections (in florida) either.

I have absolutely no problem with goons who actually play this game as a game.

I don't mind suicide ganking, I don't mind their scamming. I don't mind their blobs and generally nonsense in 0.0. I don't mind their videos, their in-game propaganda or their roleplaying as humanoid bees in furry costumes. Whatever really. None of that stuff is a problem.

What I condemn is the instinct (often through bad leadership example) that leads goonswarm to target players out of character for RL harrassment and attempts at bullying because goonswarm itself is too lazy, too innept, too incapable to actually bring a genuine gameplay threat within the rules of Eve Online.

I'm listed as one of the greatest enemies of Goons in Eve on your internal wiki.
Why then in five years have I never lost a single ship to Goonswarm?

You have to admit thats a bit pathetic. It's not like I haven't lost around 22b isk in ships to practically every other entity in the game at various points!

When you type the name "Jade Constantine" alongside the term "Eve kills" into google it takes you to a stats page which shows I've been playing the game and shooting ships and being shot since 2005 (when killboards began.) it tracks my activity, my enemies, my triumphs and my fiascos. It is a history.

When you type the name "PleaseDONTblow Myship" alongside the term "Eve kills" in google it links to a page about goblins and back to you trolling on jita park. Aside from the last few weeks trolling and desperately defending the Mittani's honour you have no history in this game.

You have a gimmick article listed in the "drama" section under "stupid ****" with the warning, I quote: "Don't read any of his posts or you will lose IQ."

This may come as a surprise to you, but like most wikis, ours can be edited by anyone with an account, and the existence of an article does not particularly convey any significance, implied or otherwise. You are not, as you have so eloquently stated, "one of the greatest enemies of Goons"

I think CSM 6 tried its best to warn Eve of the dangers of the Incarna approach. I think some of CSM 7 also worked quite hard. I happen to disagree with Mittani's approach to chairing CSM 7 however and I think the loss of transparency and accountability during his tenure was very poor.



On the contrary I was merely showing you the consequence of ad hominen argumentation. When you make it about the person having the argument you can't expect not to be criticised yourself for posting with a ridiculous anonymous alt.



I believe a senior goon has already let the cat out of the bag on the space brothels bull (ie it never happened) but continue to smear nonsense in the manner of an incontinent squid trying desperately to avoid a superior combatent.

He has explained why he doesn't like the goons. He has indicated they are publishing real life pictures of him with false accusations that he commits sex crimes with children. They are sending this to his employers because of some sort of internet spaceship grudge.

And you are still asking him why he doesn't like the goons?

Is SA doing anything to change how they act? If not, they are going to be criticized on the forums.

There is big difference between using speech figure as tool of discussion and using it as tool of evading discussion (which is exactly what you did)

I too explain I don't like Goons.
What is there to like?

They themselves proclaim that they are the true advocates of pure freedom, yet the only way to express their freedom is by making all that aren't standing beside them as miserable as possible.
Be it ingame or if possible even outgame.

And I stated before that if people are threatening Mittens, his wife or his dog in real life I am absolutely against it. I also posted that if such a thing happens the course of action is to inform the police and if there is information about the one threatening to be found in EVE in some way I am 100% confident CCP will work along with the police to get any and all information they have to the police.

But hinting to that you forget to point out the " Wanna make him kill himself? This is his name....."
The fact someone might or may not threaten Mittens, his wife or his dog is in no way lessening what The Mittani did. But how dare I point out that again. That is trivial like everything else being done against those who aren't part of the "in-crowd"
