Ideas tengu for soloing class 3 WH?

So returning to EVE after about a 6 month absense and im looking for a few ideal fits for tengus that could solo class 3s

any help/ideas?

this here should be more than enough if you manage to stay out of the battleship neut range (50km). if you have trouble with the tank you can replace the battery with a boost amplifier, thus sacrificing cap stability for hp/s:

Do you live in teh wh? will you hava dedicated salvager/scanner with you? or is this 1 tengu does it all and doesn't live in the wh...
