Positive wallet, good standings, well positive sec status, great missle and cruiser skills. Good level 4 runner in a tengu. Good pvp pilot in a recon. Needs a little work, I'll give you that. Still, some great midrange skills for an eager caldari pilot.

Starting: 3.5B

B/O: 5B

There is a reserve, and TBH thats pretty damn cheap for his SP, even if the skill layout isnt pretty.

End date is 4 days from today, April 13th, time at my leisure and based on bids and whatnot.
