Recruitment (create tab) not working

I can not create a recruitment corp ad under my corporation/recruitment and the create button is faded out even though the previous corp ads have expired. Any idea why this would happen. On my alt corp I can create a corporation recruitment ad on my main I can not.

Any help is appreciated

I'm still looking for some help. Is there a limit too using the recruitment create ad. I have made three corporation ads which all three have expired and I can not make any other because the create button is faded out. And yet on my alt corp I have no recruitment corp ad and the create button is showing (not faded out).

I had the same problem. It looks like the advertisement list is limited to 3 old adverts. If you delete the old adverts you can create again a new one.
