Usually its better to set a very low starting price and add the minimum amount you want to have as a hidden reserve (like 20b in your case). With a starting bid like this you wont get any bids (aka free bumps).
Assuming you will edit your posting and transfer me a 50 million isk fee for my brilliant suggestion, i will start the "happy bidding" now, to get this thread working:

Consider this a bump but 30b for a bpo that gets about 2-3b a year is probably not very likely.

you know ,manufacture one Conflagration L with jita sell price only need 0.4m ,but you can sell it at 1.2m.
the margin is 300%.
and a T2 bpo is a means of preservation, without fear of inflation now. you can keep it when your need ,and sell it when neednt,
that will not result in losses to property.Bear
