I am surprised to see the stability of mexallon price in this commodity storm.

Why is it the only mineral to not increase?

I'm curious to hear your ideas on this case!

Nocx is up, lots of mex in Pyrox - Mex gets hammered. Iso is up pretty good too. Kernite, Plag, Omber I guess all have Iso and mex. mex loses.

Right now, there is soooooo much manipulation going on, I would not trust any real figures to emerge out of this for at least another 2 weeks.

My guess would be that it will eventually start to rise, just like Pyrite which only just started moving this week. I don't see it much above 60 long-term though (maybe 65).

Well, with HULKAGEDDON back on track to immediately follow the Goons "sacking" of Jita... Mexallon production may take a hit as Hulks begin to burn...

I would consider Megacyte to be stable. It isn't static but it climbs in slow and steady rates. It's the only mineral besides Isogen that has climbed in what doesn't look like a concerted manipulation.

Mex has already gone up. These things tend to happen in cycles.

Woo! CSM XI!

Mission loot. If you reprocess your mission loot and build stuff, you will find yourself short on trit/zyd and heavy on mexallon. Lots of mexallon left over. It's hard to tell exactly how many minerals are used per day (not traded, a lot of minerals are resold) but I wouldn't be surprised if there were huge stockpiles large enough to keep mex at current prices of 55-60 for quite some time.
